Non-Stock Items?

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and it will be placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

What if I am not Satisfied?

We make every effort to ensure that the service we provide is how we would like to receive. However, if on the rare occasion that you feel our service has fallen short of your expectations please contact us. Your complete satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. All of our products come with a 14 day return option. Please advise us within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied or the items have been damaged BEFORE returning them. All items returned will be at the customers cost. Money refunded will be less the postage/transport cost that has been incurred by Stressbusters Limited and a 10% admin/re-stocking fee.
All we kindly ask is that the product is returned in its original condition you received it in, and that its in the original packaging.

V.A.T?

For orders inside the UK and the European Union, 20% VAT is added. For orders outside the UK and EU, the VAT charge can be removed. Please contact us for more information

Delivery Schedule

All orders will be processed immediately. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day and delivery is normally received in 2 – 3 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling within mainland UK is all +£20. All overseas orders or Northern Ireland + Highlands of Scotland will be subject to additional postage charges.
